1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Perishable goods like fruits and vegetables are non-returnable once delivered.
- If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images as proof.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed immediately to your store credit once approved.
- In case of cash-on-delivery orders, we will provide store credit or a replacement.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once dispatched, cancellations will not be entertained.
